Services
We provide electrical, solar, battery storage, EV charger, and related installation services in the Greater Sydney area. All licensed work is performed by qualified electricians in compliance with applicable Australian Standards and council requirements.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are based on the information provided at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted after a site inspection or if scope changes.
Payment
A deposit may be required to schedule works. The balance is payable on completion. We accept bank transfer, card payment, and approved finance options.
Warranties
Workmanship is warranted for the period specified on your invoice. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty — we will assist with claims where appropriate.
Cancellations
You may cancel a booked installation up to 48 hours before the start date for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a re-scheduling fee equal to incurred costs.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
